A good conversation with a colleague or client where something ‘clicks’ and I suddenly think: “hey, I hadn’t looked at it that way before!”.

Why?

Because connection is the driving force behind everything we do — when we truly listen, something new and valuable emerges that you can further develop.

Because I recognize that fire — the desire to create meaning with what you do.

The place where I recharge:

In nature, preferably with my family, far away from numbers and screens.

Why?

Because silence and space help me keep perspective and return to my work refreshed.
