Trainer/Coach
Exercise: at the moment, that means mountain biking through the forest with a good friend.
Why?
For most of the day, I’m working in my head. When I exercise, my attention shifts to my body and that gives me new energy.
People who commit themselves to something they truly care about.
Why?
They speak with fire and passion about what they do. That’s contagious and it inspires me to dedicate myself to what matters to me too.
Out in nature.
Why?
After an intense and enjoyable day working with a group, nature helps me unwind and recharge. That’s because there are fewer external stimuli there.
Spring.
Why?
The transition from cold, dark days to more light, and nature coming into bloom. Those first days when you feel the warmth of the sun again. I’m already looking forward to it.
