I sometimes spend a bit too much time in my head, which costs me a lot of energy. Shifting my focus and getting moving is the best way for me to recharge.

Why?
Every person has a unique perspective and story and that fascinates me. In all those stories, there are always things that make me reflect.
A full day at the sauna. Wonderful!
Why?
The warmth alone recharges me and relaxes both body and mind. A whole day of doing nothing, having no obligations, and fully unwinding.
Absolutely spring.
Why?
That first day of stepping outside without a coat, not too warm, not too cold, just right! And I find the promise of new life, visible everywhere in nature, incredibly beautiful.
