I sometimes tend to dwell in my head for too long, which drains a lot of energy. Shifting my focus and getting moving is the best way to recharge.

Why?
Every person has a unique perspective and story. That fascinates me. Within all those stories, there are things that make me think.
A day at the sauna. Wonderful!
Why?
The warmth alone recharges and relaxes my body and mind. Spending a whole day lounging, needing nothing, and fully unwinding.
Definitely spring.
Why?
That first day outside without a coat – not too warm, not too cold, just right! And the promise of new life visible everywhere in nature is so beautiful to me.
