Most of the day, my mind is at work. Exercising shifts the focus more to my body, which gives me new energy.
People who are committed to something they find important.
Why?
These people speak with fire and passion about what they do. This is contagious and also inspires me to commit to what I find important.
Outdoors in nature.
Why?
After a fun, intense day working with a group, I find peace and recharge in nature. This is because there are fewer external stimuli in nature.
Spring
Why?
The transition from cold, dark days to more light and nature coming into bloom. Those first days when you feel the warmth of the sun again. I’m already looking forward to it.
