Why?
I love working out, preferably seven days a week, strength or cardio. Both despite and because I’m 50, I enjoy challenging myself, stretching my limits and allowing myself to be confronted.
People.
Why?
Whether it’s my inner circle, a celebrity, or a random Instagram post or podcast, a remark, someone’s energy, or what people create can set me thinking, reflecting, or taking action.
Behind the piano.
Why?
That’s where I retreat into my cocoon, let my feelings flow and play what I can’t put into words.
Oh: spring and autumn.
Why?
Spring, because everything awakens and curiously steps into the world. Autumn, because of the harvest of growth, the colours of the trees, and the sense of acceptance that the effort has been made.
