I love exercising, preferably 7 days a week, strength or cardio. Despite and because I am 50, I enjoy challenging myself, stretching, and confronting myself.

Whether it’s my inner circle, a celebrity, or a random Instagram post or podcast. A comment, energy, or what people create can make me philosophize, think, or take action.

Why?

There I dive into my cocoon, let my feelings flow, and play what I cannot put into words.


My favorite season:

Oh, spring and autumn

Why?

Spring because everything awakens and curiously enters the world. Autumn because of the harvest of growth, the colors of the trees, and the acceptance that the achievement has been made.
