Trainer/ Training Actor
I am naturally quite energetic, but when my battery runs low, being outside and moving is my ultimate pick-me-up!
Why?
Because fresh air and movement get things flowing again—it switches everything back ‘on’ inside me.
Conversations with friends and family, podcasts, books, and theater.
Why?
Because they make me think, offer new perspectives, provide insight, and continually stimulate me to grow and reflect.
Yes, that’s definitely nature, preferably in the forest, or on the dance floor.
Why?
From nature, I gain peace, space, energy, and moments of reflection, but sometimes I just want to dance my heart out. Besides the much-needed depth, I also love a dose of lightness and fun!
Spring!
Why?
Because everything comes back to life: flowers bloom, days get longer, and the birds start singing again. It probably has something to do with growing and blooming, which I also love in my work.
