Everything related to connection.
Why?
Connection with others: loving people around me, being able to laugh together, encounters where you see each other and can be completely yourself. Connection with myself: continuing to develop, regularly reflecting on what feels right for me and acting accordingly. And in making (new) connections: discovering relationships, acquiring new knowledge and skills, and contributing to the growth of others. That is what energizes me.
From people who dare to show themselves and inspire others to do the same.
Why?
And from everything that touches and moves me. For me, these are good conversations, dance, singing, music, theater, books, and podcasts. I also draw inspiration from aesthetics: something beautiful, something that feels right, something made with care. In short, from expression, encounter, and growth. And occasionally just something beautiful to enjoy.
That depends on what I need.
Why?
If I want peace, then at home, in nature, or at the petting zoo – cozy among the goats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. And if I want energy, then on the dance floor, on a yoga mat, or wandering around a beautiful city.
For me, that is spring.
Why?
The first rays of sunshine, nature coming back to life, the little ducklings, lambs, and calves in the meadow. That makes me very happy. Everything starts moving after a period of cold and rest, with the feeling that the whole summer still lies ahead.
