Engagement Builders B.V. (“Engagement Builders”) is a training and consultancy firm specialising in the design and delivery of learning and team development programmes for organisations. In order to carry out our activities properly, we process personal data. We always do so with due care and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and this Privacy Statement. In this Privacy Statement, we explain how we handle your personal data and how we protect your privacy.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to participants in our training and coaching programmes. Engagement Builders maintains a separate Privacy Statement for participants in our activities. This Privacy Statement applies exclusively to the processing of personal data relating to suppliers, clients, coaches and trainers.

Engagement Builders carries out various activities, including Academy Building, team development and consultancy. We use your personal data to perform and improve our activities. In most cases, we receive your personal data directly from you.
For the coaches and/or trainers engaged by us, we use their contact details to enable them to deliver our services and we use their bank account details to pay them for their services.
For organisations that act as our clients, we use contact details to carry out our activities and to evaluate experiences afterwards, in order to continuously improve our services.

Via the Engagement Builders website, you can also submit enquiries through a contact form, for example regarding Academy Building, team development or consultancy. Would you like to know which personal data we have recorded about you? You may request an overview from Engagement Builders of the personal data that is or has been processed about you.
If you believe that your personal data has been processed incorrectly or incompletely, or if you believe that certain personal data should not have been processed, you may submit a request for correction, supplementation or deletion. Academy Building
Academy Building is a service through which Engagement Builders designs and delivers a professional learning offering, a so-called “academy”, for organisations. In Academy Building, Engagement Builders takes into account the learning and development needs of employees. The customised academy is maintained periodically. Engagement Builders evaluates participant experiences and alignment with the organisation’s goals, wishes and needs.
In order to carry out and improve Academy Building, we use your name, company name, job title, business telephone number, email address, and partially completed and completed training programmes and e-learning modules.

Team development
Team development is a service through which Engagement Builders works to improve collaboration within organisations. During team development, Engagement Builders’ trainers and coaches guide team members in reflecting independently on their own behaviour and team patterns, and on the effects these have on the team and the organisation. Engagement Builders also trains team members in the team competencies required for growth and development.
In order to carry out team development, we use your name, company name, job title, business telephone number and email address.

Consultancy
Engagement Builders advises organisations on various topics relating to personal, professional, team and organisational development. For individual consultancy services, we use your name, company name, job title, business telephone number and email address.
