Bureau YOP & Engagement Builders are looking for an enthusiastic Programme Coordinator who enjoys organising, coordinating and supporting. Together, we ensure that our personal leadership programmes run smoothly and offer participants an unforgettable experience.
What will you do?
As Programme Coordinator, you are the driving force behind the scenes. You ensure that everything related to our trainings and programmes runs seamlessly. You keep an overview, communicate with participants and clients, and serve as the main point of contact for trainers and colleagues.
In practice, this means you will:
- Plan and coordinate trainings and programmes.
- Manage scheduling and logistics (locations, materials, hotel bookings, online sessions).
- Maintain and update our online learning environment.
- Communicate with participants, clients, and team members.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Programme Manager.
What do you bring
- A completed bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably some experience in the training or education sector (but motivated starters are welcome too!).
- Reside in or near the Hilversum area.
- Affinity with personal development and learning environments.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Digital savviness and a proactive, independent working attitude.
- A good sense of humour!

- A contract of 32–40 hours per week (to be agreed).

- A market-based salary based on your experience (approximately €2,500–€3,200 gross per month for full-time employment), plus 8% holiday allowance.
- Flexible working hours and location (including the option to work from home).
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment).
